Thank you for choosing CoSpaces. We strive to provide a flexible and professional coworking experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking or purchasing a membership.
1. Memberships & Desk Plans
- Monthly memberships, dedicated desks, and private office plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
- Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the start of a new billing cycle will not be charged for the upcoming period.
- No refunds or credits will be provided for partial use or early termination within a billing period.
2. Meeting Rooms & Day Passes
- Meeting room bookings and day passes may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Services
- Access cards, onboarding fees, and setup fees
- Promotional or discounted plans
- Customized office solutions or add-on services
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of CoSpaces in cases of service unavailability, operational issues, or errors in billing. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Transaction or processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.
